“To round itself out, life calls not for perfection, but for completeness.”
    Carl G. Jung

My goal as a therapist is to assist my clients in attaining more balanced and fulfilling lives. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been practicing psychology for over twenty years, working in private practice as well as community mental health agencies, schools, and hospital settings.

I have treated children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of difficult issues. By encouraging self expression, problem solving and increased insight, I collaborate with my clients to facilitate positive changes. I provide a safe, supportive environment in which together, we can work through the past towards achieving personal goals.

I am now offering in-person therapy in Austin, Texas, and have expanded my online practice to include Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Dripping Springs, and Driftwood. I look forward to speaking with you.

    Therapy for Adults

In individual therapy, my intention is to provide a compassionate environment in which we can work together towards fulfilling your personal and professional goals.

    Therapy for Teens

Getting through adolescence can be challenging, and teens often value and utilize additional support and guidance from a trusted, objective person. Consider therapy if you are noticing changes that concern you.

    Family Therapy

Working with the family unit can be beneficial in improving relationships & communication. Sometimes family members find themselves in roles that are uncomfortable and need additional support in changing difficult family dynamics.
