“To round itself out, life calls not for perfection, but for completeness.”
    Carl G. Jung

My goal as a therapist is to assist my clients in attaining more balanced and fulfilling lives. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been practicing psychology for over twenty years, working in private practice as well as community mental health agencies, schools, and hospital settings.

I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing a variety of issues. By encouraging self expression, increased insight, and utilizing evidence based techniques, I collaborate with my clients to facilitate positive changes in their lives. I provide a safe, supportive environment both in-person and online, in which together, we can work through the past towards achieving your current personal goals.

I am now offering in-person therapy in Austin, as well as online therapy throughout Texas. Additionally, I am certified through PSYPACT to provide online therapy throughout most of the United States.

    Therapy for Adults

In individual therapy, my intention is to provide a compassionate environment in which we can work together towards fulfilling your personal and professional goals.

    Therapy for Teens

Getting through adolescence can be challenging, and teens often value and utilize additional support and guidance from a trusted, objective person. Consider therapy if you are noticing changes that concern you.

    Therapy for Children

I specialize in helping children identify and express their emotions effectively, improve social skills and navigate difficult events such as trauma, and significant change or loss. Using play therapy in combination with CBT, I create a safe space for children to work through life events.
